چکیده
Background: Bauhinia winitii (BW) (Fabaceae) plant revealed poor phytochemical investigation and anti-diabetic report. As one of the family which known with abundant flavonoids content, contrary, BW was only used for treatment diarrhea in Thai conservative remedy. Objectives: The aim this study to investigate constituents anti-alpha glucosidase activity BW. Materials Methods: Phytochemical based on alpha-glucosidase inhibitory effect. Isolated compounds were determined by chromatographic spectroscopic techniques. enzymatic test then connected molecular docking affirmation. Results: ethyl acetate ethanol extracts from leaves woods exhibited strongest above 60% inhibition. Six isolated these extracts, naringenin (1), luteolin (2), isoquercitrin (3), griffonilide (4), lithospermoside (5), epi-β amyrin (6). showed that performed potential results as highest IC50 0.41 mM. ensured activated at same binding enzyme active site. Conclusion: This would be first report chemical its presented inhibitors.

متن کاملStudy of the Interaction of Cinnamaldehyde with Alpha-lactalbumin: Spectroscopic and Molecular Docking Investigation
Cinnamaldehyde is an important compound of the cinnamon essential oil, and it is responsible for the most of the health benefits of cinnamon. Enriching foods such as milk with cinnamaldehyde can lead to greater utilization of cinnamaldehyde properties. In this study, we investigated the interaction of cinnamaldehyde with bovine alpha-lactalbumin. Analyzing the spectrum of alpha-lactalbumin in t...
